All of our oil paintings for sale at Creativity Paintings are sold varnished, framed and ready to hang.
The sizes specified with each item include frame size, if applicable, and are listed next to the painting description.

High quality artists canvas and materials have been used on our oil paintings, so you can be sure your chosen painting will be a worthwhile long term investment.

All of Michelle's paintings are originals, and will not be reproduced for sale purposes although the artist reserves the right to use photos of sold pieces for advertising and promotional purposes, in the future, but guarantees that no images or prints will be reproduced for resale.

About our artist Michelle Wade

All of our Creativity paintings displayed for sale have been painted by our artist Michelle Wade. Michelle paints in her studio on the North Shore, in Auckland, and travels all over the North Island to find inspiration from New Zealand's beautiful flora and fauna, and from the lovely beaches and oceans that surround us.

She also has a passion for all things historic, and often cannot resist adding flowers to many of her paintings just to add a lovely splash of life and colour.

Creativity Oil Painting Preservation/Care

Take good care of your painting, as it is not only decorative, but a great investment for the future.

Do not hang in direct sunlight if not protected by glass. Although top quality oil paints and materials are used, some colours may oxidize and fade faster than others when exposed to direct UV light.

Do not use cleaners, sprays, water or solvents near your painting. Simply wipe with a damp cloth to dust.

Creativity Painting Commissions

Michelle specializes in painting English landscape scenes, sunsets/sunrises, cottage garden scenes, seascapes, historical buildings and churches.

We will take commissions for oil paintings on a case by case basis. Email us a description/photo of the scene you would like painted, colours you would like, and the rough size you require. I will confirm an estimate of cost and confirm the acceptance of the commission with you.

Unlike acrylic paintings, a 2 – 3 month drying time is absolutely vital for oil paintings, before the painting can be varnished, framed and dispatched, so leave yourself plenty of time in advance if the painting is for a gift.

Payment of the agreed amount must be made at time of finalization of the order.
